Cookie Policy
Ultimo aggiornamento: 24 settembre 2026
This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies on the PRODIGI® website, in compliance with Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (9 July 2021).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the user's device, where they are stored to be transmitted back to the same sites on the next visit. Cookies can be first-party (set directly by PRODIGI®) or third-party (set by domains other than the one visited).
2. Types of cookies used
2.1 Technical and necessary cookies
These are cookies essential for the site to function correctly and to provide the service requested by the user (e.g. storing the selected language, managing cookie preferences). They do not require the user's prior consent under Art. 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code and cannot be disabled through the banner.
2.2 Analytics cookies
These are used to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site, in order to improve its content and browsing experience. The site uses Google Analytics with IP anonymisation. These cookies are only installed after the user's explicit consent, given through the cookie banner.
2.3 Profiling and marketing cookies
The site does not currently use third-party profiling or marketing cookies. Should any be introduced in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and consent will be requested separately via the banner.
2.4 Third-party services not based on cookies
The PRODIGI® node inquiry form transmits the data entered by the user directly to Google's servers through a hidden iframe, without setting tracking cookies on the site's domain. This process nonetheless involves a transfer of personal data to Google, described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Legal basis and consent
In accordance with applicable law, non-technical cookies are only installed after obtaining the user's free, specific and informed consent, given through the banner shown on the first visit to the site. Users can accept all cookies, reject them (keeping only technical cookies active) or customise their preferences by category. No checkbox is pre-selected and the reject option is given the same visual prominence as the accept option.
4. Table of cookies used

|---|---|---|---|---|
| django_language | PRODIGI® (prima parte) | Stores the language chosen by the user (IT/EN) | 1 year | Technical / necessary |

5. Third-party services integrated into the site
In addition to the cookies listed in the table, the site integrates the following third-party services:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited): measures site traffic in statistical form. Activated only after user consent. Opt-out available by installing the browser add-on provided by Google at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Forms (Google LLC): receives the data entered in the PRODIGI® node inquiry form, transmitted directly to Google's servers through a hidden iframe, without setting tracking cookies on the site's domain.
6. How to manage cookie preferences
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Preferences button in the footer of every page of the site, which reopens the preference management panel.
7. How to disable cookies from the browser
You can also manage or disable cookies directly through your browser settings. Please note that disabling technical cookies may compromise the correct functioning of the site.
